NASCAR Brazil: Murilo Rocha Leads Final Practice at Interlagos

The rookie Murilo Rocha led the second free practice of the NASCAR Brasil Series this Saturday (30) at the Interlagos Circuit. The driver clocked 1:49.631 in a session marked by the small margins among the cars competing in the third round of the 2026 championship.

Victor Andrade finished in second, 0.131 seconds behind, while Vitor Genz was the third-fastest with only 0.159 seconds separating him from Rocha. Fourth place went to Nicolas Costa, the winner of Race 2 in Cascavel. Cacá Bueno completed the top five with 1:50.013.

Felipe Tozzo, who led the first practice on Friday, finished sixth with 1:50.060. Gui Backes was seventh, 0.105 seconds behind Tozzo. Next came Jorge Martelli with 1:50.239, followed by Galid Osman, who registered 1:50.320. Tito Giaffone closed the top 10 with 1:50.371.

NASCAR Brasil will hold the weekend’s qualifying still on Saturday, starting at 2:30 p.m. The session features a sprint race among the six best drivers.
