The driver representing Invicta Racing in Formula 2, Rafael Câmara, faces a pivotal weekend as the series heads to the City Circuit of Baku in Azerbaijan. Unlike the other 11 rounds held so far this year, the Azeri capital will host three races, adding another chapter to the battle for the main feeder series’ title.
“We had a positive weekend overall in Madrid, especially considering it was our first time racing there. We scored some points and closed the gap to Nikola Tsolov in the standings, which is the most important thing we can do at this moment. Now we head to Baku ready to fight for more,” Rafael Câmara said.
Due to a holiday in Azerbaijan, the schedule will run from Thursday to Saturday. The sole free practice and the two qualifying sessions are set for Thursday, while the Sprint and the first main race take place on Friday at 1:15 a.m. and 7:15 a.m., respectively. The weekend’s third race starts at 4:00 a.m. on Saturday. Sportv, Globoplay, and F1TV will show the entire schedule.
