San Marino MotoGP Starting Grid

The San Marino Grand Prix, the 14th round of the 2026 MotoGP season, saw the grid for the Sprint and main races determined on Saturday morning (12) at the Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli in Italy. Marco Bezzecchi, currently third in the championship standings and an Aprilia rider, lines up at the front with a time of 1:29.982, a circuit record.

The second position on the grid went to Marc Márquez, who was beaten by 0.198 seconds by Bezzecchi. The Ducati official rider and runner-up in the championship was followed by Fermín Aldeguer, who advanced from Q1 and starts third aboard a Gresini Ducati. The championship leader, Jorge Martín, begins from fifth with Aprilia. Meanwhile the Brazilian Diogo Moreira starts 15th aboard an LCR-Honda.

The MotoGP Sprint is still scheduled for this Saturday, starting at 10:00, while the main San Marino GP race has a start at 9:00.
