Last night, RAM unveiled the concept of the new Dakota, a mid-size pickup truck that will be launched in Brazil in early 2026, at the Allianz Parque in São Paulo. The model, named Dakota Nightfall Concept, previews the brand’s new entry into the segment, which will be produced at the Córdoba factory in Argentina, on the same base as the Fiat Titano – originating from the KP2 project developed in partnership with the Chinese Changan Hunter.
The new Dakota revives a historic name already used by Dodge, but bets on its own identity. Although it shares structure and mechanics with the Titano, including the 2.2 turbodiesel engine with 200 cv and 45.9 kgfm of torque, eight-speed automatic transmission, and 4×4 traction with reduction and automatic mode, the design and visual footprint follow the unmistakable DNA of RAM.
At the front, the Dakota Nightfall Concept features a distinctive grille with the RAM name embossed, framed by a line of LED lights that extends to the headlights. The sporty hood has an illuminated air intake with three orange light points, a tribute to some of the brand’s most iconic pickups. The robust bumper incorporates an electric winch, tow hooks, and lower protector, with details in an exclusive bronze tone.
The set reinforces the off-road proposal, with an elevated Fox suspension, 33-inch all-terrain tires, and 18-inch wheels with beadlock. The body exhibits marked creases and straight lines, complemented by side steps, black moldings on the fenders and mirrors, as well as bumpers painted in the same color.

At the rear, the visible spare tire, fixed in an exclusive Rambar with powerful LED lights, and the LED taillights with their own signature, draw attention. The tailgate features the RAM emblem, while the rear bumper repeats the tow hooks.

To mark its debut, the Dakota Nightfall Concept received exclusive paint and graphics, which reinforce the brand’s strength and tradition. The commercial launch will begin in Argentina in December 2025, with a confirmed arrival in the Brazilian market in the first months of 2026.
