MotoGP remains led by Marco Bezzecchi at the top of the championship after the Czech Grand Prix, the ninth round of the 2026 season. The Aprilia rider did not compete in Sunday’s race at the Brno circuit due to a suspension for assaulting a marshal after suffering a crash in the Sprint, and he stays on 180 points, with his advantage in the standings narrowing.
Jorge Martín, Bezzecchi’s teammate at Aprilia, remains in second place, now on 172 points. Fabio Di Giannantonio sits third with 157 points, followed by Marc Márquez, the winner this Sunday, who has 140. Ai Ogura completes the top five with 134 points.
Pedro Acosta, who retired from the race this Sunday due to issues, is sixth with 132 points, trailed by Francesco Bagnaia in seventh with 127 after the Brno round. Raúl Fernández occupies eighth with 106, while Fermín Aldeguer sits ninth with 76. Álex Márquez is tenth with 67, and Diogo Moreira closes the top 15 with 41 points.
MotoGP returns next Sunday for the tenth round of the season, the Dutch Grand Prix, scheduled at the Assen circuit.
