The organization of the Brazil MotoGP Grand Prix announced on Friday morning (the 25th) the opening date for ticket sales for the 2027 edition, scheduled for April 2-4, in its second batch. The event will be held at the Ayrton Senna International Circuit in Goiânia (GO), and tickets will go on sale starting October 8, at noon, via the Eventim website.
Previously there was a sale of an initial batch of tickets, but the race date had not yet been confirmed, which only occurred on Friday morning when MotoGP revealed the calendar for the 2027 season. If buyers of the first batch cannot travel to Goiânia to attend the race, they can request refunds until October 2.
After a two-decade hiatus, the world’s premier motorcycle racing category returned to Brazil for a race in the Goiás capital, in March this year. Marco Bezzecchi, aboard an Aprilia, won the race, followed by Jorge Martín, his teammate, and Fabio Di Giannantonio, with a VR46 Ducati.
At that year’s event, nearly 150,000 people passed through the Ayrton Senna International Circuit over the three days. The Brazilian MotoGP round, according to the organizers, generated BRL 1.14 billion and created more than ten thousand jobs.
Before the Brazil GP takes place, MotoGP will visit the country on February 20-21, when it organizes the season-launch event in Rio de Janeiro (RJ). The presentation will be held at Praia do Botafogo, with a view of Sugarloaf Mountain. On that occasion, the new motorcycles will be showcased, featuring 850 cubic centimeters engines.
All tickets for the Brazil MotoGP GP will be valid for all three days of the event and will be available for sale through the website www.eventim.com.br/motogpbrasil.
