Moto3 Valencia Grand Prix Results: Fernández Wins as Piqueras Secures Vice-Championship Title

November 28, 2025

Adrián Fernández emerged victorious on Sunday (16) at the Grand Prix of the Valencian Community, the final round of the 2025 Moto3 season. The Spanish rider started from pole position at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in the Spanish city of Valencia and had to withstand pressure from his adversaries to claim his first win in the entry-level category of the World Motorcycle Championship.

Álvaro Carpe took second place, finishing the race just 0.286 seconds behind Fernández. Taiyo Furusato closed out the race with a third-place finish, completing the podium for the Andalusian stage. Guido Pini crossed the finish line in fourth place, while Máximo Quiles was fifth in the morning’s race.

Ángel Piqueras finished the dispute with a sixth-place finish, ending up just ahead of Luca Lunetta, who finished seventh overall. David Almansa took eighth place, while Jesús Ríos finished ninth. The list of the top ten at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit also included Valentín Perrone at the end of the 20 laps.

After the Valencian stage, Piqueras completed the 2025 season with the vice-championship, behind only José Antonio Rueda, the champion by anticipation, who did not compete in Sunday’s race as he is still recovering from an accident suffered at the Malaysian Grand Prix.

The Moto3 season will kick off in 2026 on March 1, with the Thai Grand Prix, a race scheduled for the Buriram circuit.
