From Simulation to Real Emotion: NASCAR Brazil Wins Over Fans at the Auto Show with Authentic Racing Experience

November 28, 2025

NASCAR Brazil has invested in a booth at the 2025 Automotive Salon, which runs until November 30th at the Anhembi District in São Paulo. As the only national category with its own dedicated space within the event, NASCAR has focused on creating an experience that allows fans to get acquainted with the new 2026 car, as well as prepare the public for the championship’s grand finale, scheduled to take place between December 5th and 7th at the Interlagos Autodrome.

We had the opportunity to closely observe the activity at the booth. As soon as visitors arrive at the space, they are greeted by the NASCAR Brazil trophy, videos showcasing the history of the 2025 championship, and the Rise26, the NASCAR Brazil car developed by Thiago Marques. Marques himself was present and spoke with us about the idea of bringing the category to the Salon:

“Being here at the Salon, which is more focused on cars than competition, has been a super different experience. And that’s exactly why we’re here. To bring the public, who are fans of conventional cars, closer to our car and to NASCAR itself. So, we’ve brought simulator activities and pilot routines to make that connection happen,” he commented.

Fans can compete on the most famous NASCAR tracks using a simulator. The fun is for people of all ages. Additionally, those who want to test their reflexes as a pilot in the “Driver Agility” test, where participants need to press buttons quickly, can compete for tickets to the final stage of the NASCAR Brazil championship at Interlagos!

Upon achieving the necessary score, fans will spin a wheel. There are three benefit options: a pair of tickets for the uncovered grandstand, tickets for the covered grandstand, and the highly disputed paddock ticket! For those who aren’t lucky and “miss the start”, the NASCAR Brazil team also gives away a memento.

However, the main attraction at the booth is the Rise26. At all times, numerous people approached to check out the details. Marques also explained the choice of bringing the new car, which is currently in the testing phase: “It’s a way to show the evolution of Brazilian motorsports. There’s nothing like the Rise26 in the national scene. So, here we can showcase the advanced technology applied to competition cars.”

“Many people think that a racing car is only efficient because it goes fast, due to the engine, and it’s the opposite of that. A racing car is made up of 12,000 pieces that make the car something different from a street car, due to its weight, weight distribution, what it does on the curve, and its braking capacity… All of this makes the car differentiated and efficient on the track,” he explained.

And, in addition to all the attractions, the booth is also being visited by pilots from the category! Tito Giaffone, Vinny Azevedo, and several other names have passed and will pass through the space to receive fans and present the category to the new public.
