Genesis Magma Racing has announced it will enter its second FIA World Endurance Championship season with the same six-driver lineup across its two Hypercar machines.
The Hyundai-backed brand disclosed on Monday that Andre Lotterer, Pipo Derani, Mathys Jaubert, Mathieu Jaminet, Paul-Loup Chatin and Daniel Juncadella will all remain behind the wheel of the pair of GMR-001s next year, with exact seatings to be finalised.
Juncadella had already been confirmed after receiving a separate announcement on Saturday on the eve of the 6 Hours of Barcelona, his home race.
All six drivers are understood to be on two-year contracts.
Team principal Cyril Abiteboul commented: “Maintaining continuity is essential at this stage of our programme. The drivers have developed valuable knowledge of the GMR-001 Hypercar and forged strong working relationships with our technical team. They have also created a positive dynamic and genuinely enjoy working together.”
“Retaining the same line-up allows us to carry this experience and team spirit into 2027, continue developing the car efficiently and take further steps towards scoring points with both cars at every race.”
