F3: Pedro Clerot Debuts in Monaco with Top-5 in the Sole Free Practice Session

June 4, 2026

The Monaco stage began on a positive note for Brazilian Pedro Clerot, the Rodin driver in F3 who is making his debut on the Monte Carlo circuit. The breakout star of the series wrapped up the only free practice session in fifth place, posting a 1:26.141 on his first contact with the track, and he remains excited for the rest of the schedule in the Principality.

“Foi um ótimo início de trabalho aqui em Mônaco. O carro se comportou muito bem na sessão e sabemos da importância da classificação para termos uma boa etapa aqui. Espero poder conseguir um bom lugar no grid para estar competitivo nas duas corridas”, diz Clerot, que tem patrocínio do Banco BRB e faz sua primeira temporada na F3.

As the first champion in F4 Brasil history, Clerot is donning a special Schuberth helmet for this stage in tribute to Ayrton Senna, his idol and the most successful F1 Monaco winner with six triumphs.

With only one double-header round contested so far, Clerot sits in eighth place in the championship with four points. The driver debuted with an eighth-place finish in the main race of the Australian GP.

The remainder of the F3 schedule in Monaco calls for a daily activity. Qualifying is scheduled for 6:05 a.m. on Friday, the first race starts at 5:45 a.m. on Saturday, and Race 2 will be at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday (Brasília time).
