The Portuguese driver Francisco Macedo was the fastest on the final day of Formula 3’s collective testing at the Jerez-Ángel Nieto circuit in Spain. Driving a Van Amersfoort Racing car on Wednesday, Macedo clocked a best lap time of 1m29.766s, a mark set in the first of the day’s two sessions on the Spanish track.
Second place went to Enzo Deligny, who finished 0.169 seconds behind Macedo, his Van Amersfoort teammate. Pedro Clerot, the Brazilian driver for Rodin Motorsport, ended third, followed by Reza Seewooruthun, fourth with another Rodin car. The five fastest also included Mattia Colnaghi of Campos Racing.

Keanu Al Azhari, a driver who ran for Hitech, closed the day with the sixth-best time, ahead of Taito Kato, seventh fastest with ART Grand Prix. Emanuele Olivieri, also with ART Grand Prix, finished Wednesday with the eighth time, while Alex Powell of Prema was ninth. James Egozi of LN4 completed the top 10.
The other two Brazilian participants in the Jerez test day posted more modest results. Gabriel Gomez finished Wednesday in 20th place with an LN4 car, while Miguel Cosa placed 24th in the day’s combined classification driving a car prepared by DAMS.
After the Jerez tests, Formula 3 will reconvene next week in Barcelona for two more days of activity, closing out the 2026 season.
