Jamie Chadwick offered a brief opinion on the working dynamic of Red Bull’s Formula 1 duo, suggesting that Max Verstappen and Isack Hadjar are stronger than outsiders might think.
The French driver has shown himself to be a solid teammate to the four-time champion. After 11 rounds, his best result is a fourth place in Monaco, and he sits eighth in the Constructors’ Championship, 41 points behind the Dutchman.

So, for the W Series three-time champion and Sky Sports pundit, the dynamic among teammates may be stronger than what everyone in the paddock imagines. “If you ask most drivers, obviously, each has a different perspective on competitiveness with Max; they all say that, in fact, he is incredibly kind,” she said.
“Everyone in the team talks about this a lot; I think we see a certain version of Max when the visor is down, and it is very different from the demeanor he shows within the team, especially.”
