The 2026 MotoGP season has a new leader after the Dutch Grand Prix, held this Sunday (28) at the Assen Circuit. Third placed going into the race, Jorge Martín reached 193 points and took the championship lead from Marco Bezzecchi, who suffered a heavy crash during the race and did not score, staying at 186 points. The two represent Aprilia.
Fabio Di Giannantonio, VR46 rider, Ducati’s satellite team, remains in third place, now on 177, followed by Ai Ogura, winner this Sunday with Trackhouse’s Aprilia and fourth on 168 points. Marc Márquez, from Ducati, completes the list of the top five in the standings with 153 points.

Unique Brazilian on the MotoGP grid, Diogo Moreira stood in 15th place in the standings. The LCR Honda rider crossed the finish line in 14th place and added two more points to the standings, bringing his total to 43 points.
The MotoGP season continues on July 12, when the German Grand Prix will be held, the 11th round of the championship scheduled for the Sachsenring circuit.
