Genesis Unveils Bold Orange Liveries for the 24 Hours of Le Mans

June 2, 2026

Genesis Magma Racing has unveiled its bold orange liveries set to dress both of its Hypercars during the 24 Hours of Le Mans debut next weekend.

The Korean manufacturer will switch its usual black and grey full-season designs of its two GMR-001 contenders for a much more eye-catching orange-and-red Hangul lettering combination for the FIA World Endurance Championship blue riband.

It harks back to the colors that were shown on the Genesis show car at Le Mans last year following the announcement of its plans to enter the WEC.

While both the Nos. 17 and 19 cars will carry predominantly the same liveries, the two machines will be distinguishable as the No. 17 machine will carry white Genesis logos and other highlights, while the No. 19 car will have orange logos and highlights.

Team principal Cyril Abiteboul said: “The 24 Hours of Le Mans is the biggest weekend of our year. It is the toughest test we face during the FIA WEC season, especially as a team in our first season, but it is also our biggest opportunity to show the identity of Genesis and Genesis Magma Racing to the world through racing.”

“Since we launched the team in December 2024, Magma has been a key part of our name and our identity, so to be able to bring Genesis Magma fully to life on track is very important.”

“The cars look fantastic, and as a team we will be working to make sure our performance matches the level of attention that has gone into creating the designs.”
