Pedro Clerot to Compete in 2026 Formula 3 Season with Rodin Motorsport Team

October 7, 2025

Rodin Motorsport announced on Monday that Pedro Clerot will be joining the team as a driver for the full 2026 F3 season. The Brazilian pilot has built an impressive record of achievements from a very young age, both in karting and single-seater racing.

Clerot began his career in 2016 in karting, where he became a three-time champion in the Brazilian state of Brasilia, in addition to winning the Open Copa Brasil twice. In 2021, the pilot moved on to single-seater racing, standing out for being the youngest driver to secure a pole position and win a race in the Formula Delta, and at the time, he was the youngest driver in Brazilian motorsport to win a car or formula competition, at the age of 14.

In 2022, Clerot won the first title in the history of the F4 Brazil, with seven wins, 11 podiums, and four pole positions. His success earned him the “Golden Helmet” award, the most prestigious in Brazilian motorsport, in 2023. In the same year, the pilot won two victories and a podium in the Spanish F4, finishing the championship in sixth place.

Pedro Clerot made his debut in the FRECA. Competing in some of the most challenging circuits in Europe, the pilot secured two podiums, finishing the season in eighth place. Currently, the Brazilian is competing in his second season in the category, and he is actively translating his experience as a rookie into three pole positions and six podiums, two of which were victories. Clerot is currently in fourth place in the championship, with one stage remaining.

“I’m very happy to join Rodin for my first year in Formula 3. Working with the team will be very special. I closely followed this year’s season, and I believe that together we can achieve great things by working together. I’m very grateful to Rodin for the trust and also to my sponsors, especially Banco BRB. I can barely wait to start,” said Pedro Clerot.

“Pedro is a driver we’ve been following closely, and his performance has highlighted him as a true promise for the future. Formula 3 is a demanding stage, but we’re confident that Pedro will continue to grow and show his true potential,” said Benn Huntingford, sports director of Rodin Motorsport.

The 2026 Formula 3 season will kick off on March 6, 7, and 8 in Melbourne, Australia.
