The fourth round of the 2026 NASCAR Brasil Series season will be contested this weekend at the Velocitta Autodrome in Mogi Guaçu (SP), one of the most technical circuits in Brazilian motorsport. Among the names confirmed on the grid is driver Jorge Martelli, who returns to drive the Chevrolet Camaro #87 for Team RC on a track marked by major achievements in his career.
Martelli’s return to Velocitta brings back fond memories for the driver, especially due to his performance in 2025 when he captured the Brazilian Challenge title on the same Paulista layout. The result cemented the circuit as one of the most significant milestones in his motorsport career.

Known for its demanding nature, Velocitta spans 3,493 meters in length, with 14 corners — eight to the right and six to the left — as well as stretches at high speed, constant elevation changes, and technical sectors that require absolute precision from competitors. The track also makes overtaking difficult and demands maximum concentration on every lap.
In the midst of the anticipation for the round, Martelli reinforces the special bond with the circuit and highlights his motivation for the weekend of racing: “I have a very special connection with Velocitta. It was there that I experienced one of the most important moments of my career by winning the Brazilian Challenge title last year. It is an extremely technical track, with many elevation changes and corners that demand a lot of precision from the driver. I have always enjoyed racing there and I come to this round with excellent memories and a lot of motivation,” said the Tapurah (MT) driver.
The weekend’s schedule foresees the qualifying session on Saturday (27), while the races will be held on Sunday (28), with starts at 9 a.m. and at 2 p.m.

The races will be broadcast live on SBT on Sunday, starting at 9 a.m. The public can also follow the round on ESPN channels, on the Disney+ platform, and on NASCAR Brasil’s official YouTube channel at @nascarbrasil.
