MotoGP Valencia Qualifying Results: Bezzecchi Takes Pole Position in Highly Competitive Session

Marco Bezzecchi has secured the pole position for the Valencian Community Grand Prix, the final round of the 2025 MotoGP season. In the final qualifying session held on Saturday (15th) at the Ricardo Tormo Circuit in Valencia, Spain, the Aprilia rider recorded a time of 1:28.809, earning him the honor of starting from the front row for both the upcoming Sprint and Sunday’s race.

The second position was taken by Álex Márquez, a Ducati rider for Gresini, who was ultimately outpaced by Bezzecchi by 0.026 seconds. The front row for the Andalusian stage will also feature Fabio Di Giannantonio, who finished third with a Ducati from VR46. Raúl Fernández, riding an Aprilia for Trackhouse, will start from fourth, leading a second row that will also include Pedro Acosta on a KTM and Fabio Quartararo on a Yamaha.

Franco Morbidelli, a Ducati rider for VR46, will start from seventh, followed by Jack Miller, who finished eighth on the Yamaha from Pramac. Fermín Aldeguer, on a Ducati from Gresini, will close out the third row in ninth place. Joan Mir, on a Honda from the official team, Johann Zarco, on a Honda from LCR, and Ai Ogura, on an Aprilia from TrackHouse, will round out the top 12 on the grid.

The best rider among those who did not advance to Q2, Luca Marini, will start from 13th on a Honda. Francesco Bagnaia was relegated to Q1 in qualifying on his Ducati and will start from 16th place in the weekend’s races. Meanwhile, Jorge Martín, who returns to the grid this weekend, will start from 17th on an Aprilia, also launching from the sixth row of the grid in Valencia.

Later on Saturday, the Sprint will take place starting at 11:00 AM. The Valencian Community Grand Prix in MotoGP is scheduled to start at 10:00 AM on Sunday.
