F3 Imola Test: Pedro Clerot Sets Second Fastest Time of the Day After First Wet Test Session

October 28, 2025

Brazilian driver Pedro Clerot made a strong impression on the first day of F3 testing in Imola, Italy, a circuit that hosts the final sequence of three post-season training sessions in the category. With a contract already in place with Rodin for 2026, Clerot achieved his best time of 1min33s110, finishing just 0.055 seconds behind the top performer of the day. The Brazilian’s fastest lap was recorded during the afternoon session, on a dry track, after the morning tests had been conducted in rainy conditions.

“It was a very positive day for us. The car performed well in the rain and also on the dry track when we made our best lap. It’s the third different circuit in a few days, but we’ve already been able to show some growth, and I feel more ready every day to make my debut in an F3 race next year,” says Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.

Clerot tested the F3 car earlier this month in Jerez and Barcelona, circuits that also hosted two-day test sessions. In Imola, as was the case in the Catalan circuit, Clerot finished as the best rookie of the day.

As the first champion of the F4 Brazil and with victories in his debut in the F4 Spanish championship, Clerot is set to complete his cycle in the FRECA this weekend in Monza, also in Italy. The driver is currently in fourth place in the championship, where he has accumulated two wins and six podiums in 2025.

The F3 activities in Imola continue on Wednesday with the final day of collective testing for the year.
