F1 Today: How to Watch Monaco Grand Prix 2026 Free Practice Sessions

June 5, 2026

Formula 1 returns to the track this Friday (the 5th) to kick off the Monaco Grand Prix weekend 2026, the sixth round of the season. The first two free practice sessions will be held on the streets of Monte Carlo, marking the start of activities at one of the most traditional and challenging circuits on the calendar.

FP1 is scheduled for 8:30, while FP2 takes place at 12:00, always in Brasília time (GMT -3). The sessions will be crucial for drivers and teams to find the best setup for the street circuit, where any mistake is usually punished severely by the guardrails.

The Brazilian Gabriel Bortoleto, an Audi driver, will be in action throughout the weekend. The São Paulo native is in his second season in Formula 1 and competes practically at home, as he resides in the Principality of Monaco.

Fans will be able to follow all activities live. F1MANIA.NET will provide real-time text coverage of each Monaco Grand Prix session. F1 TV Pro broadcasts all activities with video, while Sportv airs the entire weekend’s schedule live. Globo, meanwhile, will show only the Sunday race.

The schedule continues on Saturday with FP3 at 07:30 and qualifying at 11:00. On Sunday, the start for the Monaco Grand Prix is scheduled for 10:00, closing another chapter of the 2026 Formula 1 season.
