F1: Provisional Starting Grid for the 2026 British Grand Prix Sprint

Lewis Hamilton led the way in the F1 Sprint at the British Grand Prix in Silverstone, with the Ferrari driver appearing atop the provisional starting grid for Saturday’s showdown.

The Sprint is part of the ninth round of the 2026 season and will feature Kimi Antonelli alongside Hamilton on the front row. Max Verstappen starts third with Red Bull, followed by Charles Leclerc of Ferrari and George Russell of Mercedes.

McLaren follows in the order, with Lando Norris in sixth and Oscar Piastri in seventh. Isack Hadjar, Liam Lawson, and Arvid Lindblad complete the top ten of the provisional Silverstone Sprint grid.

Gabriel Bortoleto starts 12th with Audi, right behind Pierre Gasly of Alpine and ahead of Nico Hülkenberg. Aston Martin closes the provisional grid, with Fernando Alonso in 21st and Lance Stroll in 22nd.
