Spa-Francorchamps stretches about seven kilometers and is renowned for its technical demands, speed, and unpredictability. Mariana also highlighted the emotional impact of the track on competitors. “This is a circuit that demands a lot from drivers emotionally as well, not only technically. The driver must have a lot of courage and continuously test their skills and limits there,” she stated.

The journalist expects another eventful Belgian race. “In Spa, a driver will hardly steer less than they can. Either they will push what they can or go beyond, but they won’t do less. So I expect, as almost always, a crazy race. I love Spa; there is a lot of history there,” she added.

Andrea Kimi Antonelli arrives at the round as championship leader, with 179 points and five victories. George Russell is 25 points behind, while Lewis Hamilton trails the leader by 32 points. Gabriel Bortoleto attempts to maintain his good form after achieving his best result of the season, eighth place at the British Grand Prix.
