A renowned name in Brazilian motorsports, Cacá Bueno wrapped up his first season in NASCAR Brazil by securing the vice-championship title in the Special Edition, a competition that encompasses the last three stages of the championship. The driver of car number 0 stepped onto the podium at Interlagos on Sunday with a third-place finish in the main event and made a positive assessment of his participation throughout the year.
“We managed to be protagonists this season, and I think this last stage shows that our car was highly competitive. We finished our first year as vice-champions of the Special Edition, and the outcome is very positive. We started the season with reliability issues, but we overcame them as the stages progressed, so kudos to the entire team,” says Cacá.
“We’re ending the season with two fourth-place finishes and this third-place finish, so I’m leaving Interlagos feeling happy. The races were highly contested, and the titles (Overall and Special Edition) are in good hands,” Cacá adds, who is sponsored by Betnacional, ACDelco, PicPay, Tekbond, FP Import, Paraflu, Prime You, and YellotMob.
Cacá will return to the tracks this upcoming weekend, accelerating once again at the Autódromo de Interlagos, this time for the final stage of the Stock Car series.
