The fourth round of NASCAR Brasil will be held at the Velocitta Circuit, in Mogi Guaçu, in the interior of São Paulo, from June 26 to 28, and the SG28 Pro Racing Team arrives at the track after solid results from Bruna Tomaselli and Tatiana Calderón in the previous round.
The team’s CEO, Carlos SG, highlights the preparation for the weekend: “Our objective is to keep adding as many points as possible toward the championship and, of course, to chase another win. The team has worked a lot on the setup and we’re optimistic. Velocitta is one of the most technical circuits of the season and that excites us,” he noted.
On the track, Bruna Tomaselli leads the Rookie category in the championship after yet another podium and arrives confident for Velocitta. “I come with even more determination to achieve good results after everything we faced in Interlagos. The team worked a lot between races to arrive at Velocitta with a great setup. It’s a track I really like, and the expectations are high because it will be my first time with the NASCAR Brasil car there,” the driver said.

Tatiana Calderón is also enjoying a solid moment after her best result of the season and continues adapting to a track she hasn’t raced on before. “It seems to be a very technical circuit. I have trained a lot on the simulator and watched previous races to arrive as prepared as possible. I’m hopeful that this weekend will mark a fresh start for my season thanks to the work the team is doing to fix some technical issues that had hindered me earlier. I’m eager to see what we can achieve on the track this weekend. I want to thank Carlos, the entire SG28 team and each of our sponsors for their support, which makes it possible for us to keep competing at the highest level,” said the driver.
The event also marks the debut of Firás Fahs in the category. The Paraná-based driver, coming from karting and with a stint in Stock Light, is seeking to adapt to touring cars. “I need to gain more track time and this NASCAR Brasil opportunity comes at the right moment. I want to drive as much as possible to continue the process of adapting to the cars,” he stated.

Live coverage of the round takes place on Sunday starting at 8:30 a.m. on SBT. The round will also be shown on ESPN, Disney+ and the official NASCAR Brasil YouTube channel (@nascarbrasil).
