Ugo Ugochukwu widened his lead at the top of the Formula 3 standings after the Sprint of the fifth round, held at the Silverstone Circuit in England. The Campos Racing driver, winner of the round’s sprint race in Saturday morning action, now has 89 points, 21 clear of his rivals.
Second place belongs to Freddie Slater, who now has 68 points, already counting the two points for pole position for Sunday’s race. Theóphile Nael is third with 60, followed by Bruno del Pino in fourth with 49. The top five is completed by Noah Stromsted, who has 47 points.

The Brazilian Pedro Clerot remains seventh in the championship after this morning’s race, and he has 38 points. Fernando Barrichello remains without points after the first race of the round that marks the halfway point of the season.
Formula 3 closes its Silverstone stint this Sunday (5) with the main race, which is set to start at 04:25.
