Cacá Bueno Eyes More Podiums at Velocitta After Interlagos NASCAR Brasil Victory

June 23, 2026

NASCAR Brasil heads to Velocitta, in Mogi Guaçu (SP), this weekend for the fourth round of the 2026 season, and Cacá Bueno seeks to keep his good momentum in the category. The Team RC driver won the Sprint Race of the last round, held at Interlagos, and rose in the championship standings, something he plans to carry into the interior of São Paulo.

In addition to the Sprint Race victory, Cacá achieved third place in the race that closed out the weekend in the São Paulo capital. The result elevated the owner of car number 0 to sixth in the NASCAR Brasil standings. For Velocitta, the driver aims for more podiums and wins to continue advancing in the championship points table.

“We come off a strong stage in Interlagos, with a Sprint Race win and third place in one of the races. Now we head to Velocitta, which is a technical track and where overtaking is difficult. That’s why it’s important to have a strong qualifying to fight at the front in the races,” said Cacá Bueno, who is sponsored by Betnacional, Capital Concreto, PicPay, ACDelco, SpeedMax Pneus, Pneu Store, Milwaukee, Turbi and Chevrolet.

The NASCAR Brasil schedule at Velocitta begins on Friday, when the first free practice will be held. Saturday will feature another practice and the qualifying followed by the Sprint Race, starting at 1:00 PM. Sunday is reserved for the races, scheduled for 9:00 AM and 2:15 PM. SBT, RedeTV!, ESPN, Disney+ and YouTube will broadcast the races.
