The Fiat Strada was, for the seventh straight month, the car model with the most registrations in the country. The best-selling model of the past years led Brazil’s March 2026 sales chart, with a total of 16,706 units registered — the highest figure for the model this year. Furthermore, the Strada also holds the position of the vehicle with the most registrations after three months into the year.
The second model with the most registrations in Brazil in March was the Volkswagen Polo, with 11,051 units, while Chevrolet Onix completes the podium this year, with 10,182 registrations in March. The Fiat Argo, with 8,281 units registered, and the Volkswagen Tera, with 7,977, round out the top five in this category.
The Hyundai HB20 ranks sixth on the list, with 7,713 units registered, followed by the Volkswagen T-Cross in seventh place with 7,623 registrations. The Fiat Mobi sits eighth in the standings with 7,241 units, while the BYD Dolphin Mini, at 7,053, is ninth. Closing the top ten is the Hyundai Creta, with 6,674 units.
When we consider the sum of the first three months of 2026, the Fiat Strada also leads the ranking, with a total of 38,438 units registered. The podium mirrors the monthly list, with the Volkswagen Polo in second, at 24,267, and the Chevrolet Onix at 21,580. The Fiat Argo is fourth, with 19,936, while the Volkswagen T-Cross closes the top-5, with 19,031 registrations.
