After making his Formula 3 debut in Australia and scoring points, Pedro Clerot is back behind the wheel of Rodin’s car for two days of category testing at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, on May 20 and 21.
“I am very excited to get back to driving the F3. Because Bahrain’s round, which was due to be held in April, was canceled, we spent many days without racing, so the anticipation to return to the car is very high,” said Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.
Clerot stood out in his F3 debut in Melbourne, where he started 17th and finished eighth in the main race. After the championship opener in March, the Brazilian continued to work on his physical preparation and also with the team’s simulator in England.
The two days of testing in Austria will be timely for the F3 teams to make adjustments ahead of the Monaco round, the second of the season, scheduled for June 6 and 7.
