2025 Audi A3 Sedan Review: Refined Driving Experience and Exceptional Fuel Efficiency on the Road

October 11, 2025

During our journey to cover the eighth stage of the Stock Car, the Audi A3 Sedan 2025 proved to be one of the most balanced options between performance, efficiency, and sophistication in the premium sedan segment. On the route between São Paulo and Mogi Guaçu (SP), the model registered an average of 15 km/l on gasoline, a very positive number considering the performance offered by its mechanical set.

Under the hood, the A3 Sedan features the well-known 2.0 TFSI turbo engine with 204 horsepower and 32.6 kgfm of torque, combined with a seven-speed dual-clutch automated gearbox. The result is an acceleration of 0 to 100 km/h in 7.4 seconds and a top speed of 210 km/h, delivering quick responses and exemplary dynamic behavior — characteristics that stand out mainly on the road.

The version tested was the Performance Black, top-of-the-line, with a price of R$ 344,990. The range still includes two other configurations: Advance (R$ 289,990) and Performance (R$ 319,990), both with the same engine and gearbox, but with distinct levels of equipment and finishing.

Visually, the A3 Sedan 2025 underwent an interesting facelift. The front features a new grille with a dark finish and the Audi symbol in black, reinforcing the sporty aspect. The 100% LED lights include DRL at the top of the headlights, and the old fog lights were eliminated, leaving the bumper with a cleaner and more modern design. This Performance Black version comes with 19-inch wheels and a panoramic sunroof.

The A3 in our test still comes equipped with rearview mirrors and a rear spoiler with a carbon fiber finish, optional items that reinforce the vehicle’s sporty footprint. Another interesting detail in the rear is the new format and presentation of the lights on the taillights.

Inside, the A3 maintains the high standard of a product made in Germany, with a silent cabin, soft-touch materials, and a driving position that prioritizes comfort and control. The Sonos sound system is a highlight in the vehicle’s interior, as are the leather-covered seats with Alcantara. The driver’s seat receives electric adjustments and the air conditioning is digital with two zones.

The interior also comes with a sunroof, a 12.3-inch digital panel (Audi Cockpit Plus), and features a 10.1-inch multimedia center compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The screen can be activated to customize the vehicle’s ambient lighting. The A3 has five driving modes, wireless smartphone charging, and still receives two USB-C inputs at the front and two more at the rear.

Stability is one of the sedan’s highlights, which proves to be firm even at higher speeds, without giving up comfort, and the 425-liter trunk guarantees sufficient space for family trips. Sportiness is also guaranteed with the A3’s excellent acceleration and recovery, especially in Sport mode.

In terms of dimensions, the A3 Sedan remains virtually unchanged from its predecessor: 4.50 m in length, 1.81 m in width, 1.42 m in height, and 2.63 m in wheelbase — measurements that keep it among the compact premium sedans.

The Audi A3 2025 reaffirms its role as a balanced option for those seeking refined design, good performance, and surprising efficiency. On the road or in the city, the model shows that it has evolved without losing the qualities that consolidated its success since its arrival in Brazil in 1997.
