Finland’s Mikko Hirvonen led the ORLEN Platinum 66th Rally Poland after the opening leg’s seven special stages and moved back into contention for a maiden FIA World Rally Championship Drivers’ title. Novikov huge crash Rally Poland, SS4 – Video Clip

Onboard video of Evgeny Novikov’s huge crash in the Citroen C4 WRC on SS4 of Rally Poland 2009.

The accident caused severe damage to the car’s front suspension, putting the Russian out for the rest of the day. He should be able to restart tomorrow under Super Rally rules.
