Pedro Clerot Shines as Top Rookie in Formula 3 Barcelona Testing Session Results

October 16, 2025

One of the Brazilian highlights in the junior categories of Formula 1, Pedro Clerot was the best rookie on the day that opened the second batch of post-season testing of Formula 3, finishing with the sixth best time. The activities took place at the Circuit de Barcelona, in Spain, and the driver was at the wheel of the Rodin Motorsport car, the team he will defend in 2026.

This is Clerot’s third activity with the Formula 3 car. Last week, the driver accelerated for two days of testing, held in Jerez. The Brazilian completed 47 laps on Wednesday, finishing the first session with the sixth best time and the second activity with eighth place overall.

“It was a positive day for us. We were able to feel a first evolution compared to last week’s test, and the most important thing at the beginning of this work is to continue accumulating kilometers and adapting more and more to the car, to the work with Rodin, and to the tires, which are different from the ones I have in FRECA,” explains Pedro Clerot, who has the sponsorship of Banco BRB.

The collective tests of F3 will continue this Thursday, when the drivers return to the track in Barcelona. Next week, there will be two more days of testing in Imola, Italy.
