The driver defending Rodin Motorsport in Formula 3, Pedro Clerot, wrapped up on Tuesday (25) the category’s collective testing session, which was the first to take to the track at the Madring circuit, a novelty on the 2026 Formula 1 calendar. The Brazilian, who is in his first season in this championship, completed the program set by the team at Madring, the circuit located in Madrid, Spain, posting the sixth-fastest time in the afternoon session.
Throughout Tuesday, Clerot completed 40 laps around the 5.416-kilometer circuit, and worked on adjustments to the car, just as he did on Monday when the tests opened. Now the Brazilian driver shifts his focus to the season’s final two rounds, scheduled for Monza, Italy, and also for Madring, in the Spanish capital.
“We finished two very positive days at the Madring circuit. We managed to complete our entire program, so we are confident about returning here to race in three weeks. Before that, we have the Italy leg in Monza, and we will aim to finish the season with good results,” said Pedro Clerot, who is sponsored by Banco BRB.
Placed tenth in the championship standings, the driver of car number 17 has accumulated three podiums, as well as four top-5 finishes and seven races finished in the points. In addition to the double-header in Italy, Madring will host the only triple-header of Formula 3 in 2026, closing the year.
The Italian round of Formula 3 will be contested on September 4th, 5th and 6th, at the Autodromo Nazionale Monza.
