F2: Championship Standings After the Sprint in Canada

Formula 2 has a new championship leader after the Sprint race of the third round of the 2026 season, held at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Canada, this Saturday (23). Gabriele Mini, who finished second in the race won by Noel León, moved up to 42 points, taking the top position in the standings.

The Brazilian Rafael Câmara appears in second in the championship, now with 36 points, after finishing Saturday’s race in seventh. Nikola Tsolov, who found himself outside the points zone after being penalized, is third with 35, while Laurens van Hoepen, already accounting for the points from pole position on Sunday, is fourth with 33, one more than León, now fifth with 32.

Another Brazilian on the main feeder grid to Formula 1, Emmo Fittipaldi claimed his first points in the Sprint of the Canadian round of the championship. The AIX Racing driver completed the race in fifth after 28 laps, and added his first four points, moving up to 17th in the standings.

The race that closes the third round of the Formula 2 championship will be held on Sunday (24), with a start from 1:05 PM.
