NASCAR Brasil: Tito Giaffone Secures Top-10 Finish on Comeback Sunday in Chapecó

November 1, 2026

The driver who defends Full Time in NASCAR Brasil, Tito Giaffone, faced a Sunday full of challenges on the oval circuit of the Chapecó International Circuit in Santa Catarina. After finishing the first race held on Sunday morning in eighth place, the owner of car number 15 found himself involved in incidents in the afternoon disputes, where he finished 11th in the final of the three races.

“It was a weekend that started well, because we had a very good car. In qualifying we overcame a problem and qualified eighth. And in the three races we got involved in incidents. We will work to review the onboard, examine the decisions we made, and go full throttle in Brasília,” said Tito Giaffone, shortly after the stage ended.

On Saturday, the driver had an incident that prevented him from delivering the two fast laps in the same out lap onto the track. Tito was able to return to the 1,454-meter circuit to complete one more lap, which placed him in the top-10 of the grid. The driver highlighted this moment of the weekend.

“I think the qualifying was the best one I’ve done. I had one lap and I nailed it. Up to qualifying we were in a very good constructive process. All told, it was a weekend of evolution,” adds Tito Giaffone, who is sponsored by PX.

The NASCAR Brasil decision will be contested on November 29, at the Nelson Piquet International Raceway in Brasília (DF).
