Brawn Returns to Motorsport With a Seat on Pramac’s Board in MotoGP

June 5, 2026

Ross Brawn is back in the world of motor sport, but this time on two wheels. The former head of Formula One has now become a member of the board of Pramac Racing in MotoGP.

The executive spent nearly four decades in F1 across countless roles and teams, including Benetton, Ferrari, Honda, Brawn GP itself and Mercedes, as well as serving as the sport’s chief executive, and now he takes on a non-executive role and will operate as an advisor to the Paolo Campinoti-led team in the premier class of the MotoGP World Championship.

With 11 constructors’ titles and 11 drivers’ championships, Brawn arrives at Pramac buoyed by the new challenge. “Motorsport has always been about people, teamwork and continuous improvement, and I’m looking forward to supporting Paolo and the team, contributing wherever my experience can be useful,” he said.
