Morrie Chandler comments on latest proposed WRC technical regulations for 2010 and beyond
The new generation World Rally Cars won’t run with turbochargers until 2013, when 1600cc engines could power them, according to Motorsport News.

Morrie Chandler: cost of competing needs to be affordable
