Sebastien Loeb has been given a two minute penalty by FIA stewards following an investigation into an alleged breach of rules during Rally d’Italia Sardegna, according to wrc.com.
Loeb and his co-driver Daniel Elena were forced to stop and change a puncture on their Citroen C4 WRC during SS11 of the event.
