Jussi Välimäki takes opening round victory in China
The opening round of the Chinese Rally Championship was held in the region of Nanking Jiangning. Two intense days of competition included 11 special stages of hard action, dominated by Flying Finn Jussi Välimäki and his co-driver Marko Sallinen with the HongyunHonghe rally team’s Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX rally.

SM Vaakuna-Ralli 2009 results and video: Jari Ketomaa wins as Kimi Raikkonen impresses despite an off
Jari Ketomaa won the 2009 SM Vaakuna-Ralli, based in the Finnish town of Mikkeli, driving his Subaru Impreza WRX Sti as Pirelli Star Driver winner Jarkko Nikara (Evo 9) finished an excellent second overall. Jussi Valimaki brought his Evo 9 home in third place ahead of the TMR Subaru of Kristian Sohlberg.
