Valentino Rossi for WRC in 2011 with Ford?

Speaking in an interview reported by The Independent newspaper Valentino Rossi has stated that he hopes to go to the WRC, possibly with Ford, when he retires from MotoGP. He also reckons he could have a good ten years in rallying.
 
Rossi (30) finished 12th overall on Wales Rally GB 2008 in a Stobart Ford Focus WRC and stated that he had built up a great relationship with M-Sport.

Valentino Rossi now linked to a works Ford Focus for Wales Rally GB 2008

Moto GP superstar Valentino Rossi is now being linked to an M-Sport Focus for Wales Rally GB according to Motorsport News.

Apparently he has stopped negotiations with Prodrive about running a Subaru S14 and has since signed a deal with M-Sport to contest the Monza Rally. Malcolm Wilson has confirmed that he is talking to Rossi’s people about also driving a works Focus on Rally GB.
