Suzuki could enter three SX4 WRC’s for the Repco Rally of New Zealand 2008

Suzuki could enter three SX4’s for the upcoming Rally New Zealand according to  Crash.net. As well as Toni Gardemiester and PG Andersson a third car could also be entered, although no driver was mentioned. New Zealand was originally meant to be the debut of the SX4 S2000, but with that project on hold until the technical regulations are fully ratified it would now appear that Suzuki are completely focused on the WRCar.

Suzuki deny claims they will take a sabbatical next year from the WRC

Suzuki bosses have denied rumours that they will take a year out of the WRC, next year, to develop a new SX4 in line with the new technical regulations, according to Motorsport News. Speculation also continues about Nobuhiro “Monster” Tajima’s role wthin the team next year. Sources suggest he could be replaced and the whole operation transferred to Europe to be run by an existing team on Suzuki’s behalf.

Suzuki’s Monster confident engine sorted for Argentina

Nobuhiro (Monster) Tamijha feels Suzuki ready for Rally Argentina after recent engine woes. One wonders though if Suzuki are really prepared following more management changes, HQ moving to GB after only being in France for a year, also running and developing SX4 S2000 this year in tandem with WRC car.
