Tim McNulty (pictured above) scored his second win on the Killarney Rally of the Lakes after a dramatic final day.
Overnight leader Gareth MacHale crashed his Focus WRC out on the Cod’s Head stage and was immediately followed by Eugene Donnelly’s Skoda Fabia WRC, who lost concentration after seeing MacHale’s stricken car and went over a bank into a field, further down the road.

IRC star Kris Meeke heads the entry list for the 2009 Rally of the Lakes, which takes place on May Bank Holiday weekend and is Rd.3 of the Irish Tarmac Rally Championship.
