The Nupel Global Racing rally team have taken their first delivery of a Ford Fiesta S2000 from M-Sport, with Malcolm Wilson on hand to present the team with their new car.
The team, managed by Luis Moya, have purchased three Fiestas in total to compete on the S-WRC and Spanish asphalt championship.

Sergio Vallejo has been excluded from the 2009 Rally Rías Baixas, following a decision by the Spanish Automobile Federation.
Vallejo’s Porsche 911 GT3 was pushed at the entrance of a service area (an illegal activity under Spanish regulations) by another driver (Álvaro Muñiz), after suffering mechanical problems with his Porsche 911 GT3.
