Billy Coleman wins the 1975 Mintex Dales Rally in the Thomas Motors Ford Escort RS1600
Reigning British champion Billy Coleman got his 1975 season off to a great start with victory on the Mintex Dales Rally in the Thomas Motors Ford Escort RS1600.

Manx International Rally 1991 – Colin McRae claims win in Rothmans Subaru Legacy RS

Video of the 1991 Manx International Rally in which Colin McRae (his 1992 BRC winning car is pictured above) would score one of his most significant early career victories.
The Manx would be his most accomplished drive of that season, where he comprehensively beat four-time winner Russell Brookes, who was in a Ford Sierra Sapphire RS Cosworth 4×4, and Prodrive team-mate and asphalt expert Francois Chatriot.

Bertie Fisher – Opel Ascona 400 – Circuit of Ireland Rally 1983
Video featuring Bertie Fisher driving the GM Dealersport Opel Ascona 400 on the 1983 Rothmans Circuit of Ireland Rally.
This would be one of Bertie’s greatest drives as he took the Sydney Meeke built Ascona to second place overall against world class opposition on the Easter classic.
1983 would be the last year that the Circuit of Ireland went to Killarney during its then five day route.
