MEM boss Chris Mellors has told Motorsport News that a two-car works team in the World Rally Championship next year is a real possibilty.

Petter Solberg is in talks with Proton about the possiblity of driving for the marque in the 2010 World Rally Championship, according to autosport.com.
Solberg met Proton directors recently and is believed to be looking at a part-time programme this season, including doing testing and development work for the 2010 car.
