Citroen has started testing of its new hybrid version of the C4 WRC that has proved to be the dominant force in the World Rally Championship.

Marcus Gronholm has stated that he would like a podium finish on Rally Portugal but acknowledges it will be a difficult task against the works Fords and Citroens. 
Gronholm commented to wrc.com:

Video of Petter Solberg’s Citroen Xsara WRC pre-Rally Portugal test in the Algarve, plus footage of him driving an ex-Michael Schumacher Ferrari F1 car recently.
Petter will be using mechanical diffs from Rally Argentina on the Xsara which he, and Sebastien Loeb both feel delivers better overall performance than the active ones.
