The Rally Hokkaido 2009 take place 11-12 July 2009, the 4th round of the 2009 FIA Asia Pacific Rally Championship. This event also doubles as the first round of the FIA APRC Asia Cup and the fourth APRC qualifying round for the Pirelli Star Driver Scheme.

Keith Cronin selected again for Pirelli Star Driver Shoot Out

Motorsport Ireland, the governing body of motorsport in Ireland, has selected Keith Cronin, the 2007 Billy Coleman Award winner, as its candidate for the Pirelli Star Driver competition, which will give a number of young rally drivers the opportunity of competing in a series of six World Championship Rallies in 2010.
