Van Merksteijn and Kuipers together at WRC Rally Portugal

The rally teams of Van Merksteijn Motorsport and Ipatec Racing have joined forces and will appear together at the start ceremony of the WRC Rally of Portugal which will be held next week. The Dutch participation will add as many as four Ford Focus WRC’s to the entry list of 18 WRC cars and a season record of 75 cars.

Van Merksteijn Motorsport reflect on great Rally Norway experience

On the closing day of the first rally of the season for Van Merksteijn Motorsport, the WRC Rally Norway, Peter van Merksteijn junior managed to win one more place and passed on Sunday afternoon in 19th position over the podium next to the Vikingship in Hamar. His father Peter van Merksteijn and co-driver Erwin Mombaerts climbed three places on the last day and finished

Peter van Merksteijn junior had a good second day on WRC Rally Norway

During the second day of the WRC Rally Norway around Hamar, Peter van Merksteijn lost a lot of time while his son Peter van Merksteijn junior  managed to regain some of the time he lost yesterday by driving consistent and cautiously. The team of Van Merksteijn Motorsport gained a lot of experience during today’s 118 kilometer special stages on the snow covered forest stages
