Commenting on the nature of the stages in Poland, Hirvonen said:
The stages for the Rally Poland look really fast and very similar to Finland, but without as many crests as we have at home.

Ford boss Malcolm Wilson reckons Latvala’s off on the Acropolis was one of the Finn’s biggest mistakes for the team yet:
