The Motor Sports Council National Court was convened today at the Royal Automobile Club as an Investigatory Tribunal to consider the evidence given by Mitsubishi Motors UK to the National Court on 26th November 2008 in appealing the exclusion of Guy Wilks Mitsubishi Evo IX from the results of the International Rally Yorkshire in September 2008.

MITSUBISHI WINS APPEAL AND CONFIRMS ENTRY IN WALES RALLY GB
The Mitsubishi Motors UK works Rally Team was delighted at the outcome of the appeal against Guy Wilks’ exclusion from September’s Rally Yorkshire after the Motor Sports Council National Court hearing on Wednesday 26th November.
