MEM still intend to enter Wilks on Ypres Rally and other IRC rounds

 

Guy Wilks remains on course to contest selected rounds of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge despite the MEM Proton S2000 being destroyed by a fire on the recent Pirelli International Rally, according to Motorsport News.

MEM boss Chris Mellors  said it was still the intention to field Wilks on selected rounds of the IRC starting with the Ypres Rally in June.

Guy Wilks targets Proton IRC outings after Sweet Lamb test

Guy Wilks is aiming to contest a number of IRC events in the new Proton Satria Neo S2000 after completing 100 miles of testing with the machine at Sweet Lamb last week, according to Motorsport News.
