IRC continues innovative live TV production

In its role as promoter of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, Eurosport Events is redefining the possibilities for rallying as a fan-friendly sport and entertainment.

The forthcoming Belgium Ypres Rally (18-20 June), round five of the 11-event calendar, will see Eurosport´s TV coverage take another step forwards in bringing the thrilling action direct from the cockpit to the living room.

SATA Rallye Acores 2009 images by Willy Weyens on an IRC event that Northern Ireland’s Kris Meeke once again dominated in Loeb like fashion.

Meeke set fastest time on 11 of the 17 stages run and now leads the Intercontinental Rally Challenge standings by two points from Kronos team-mate Freddy Loix.
